Nice tag, sn number 3547, speed 280RPM.

Lorenz conrod bearing, all parts have the sn # stamped in!

The conrod with it's two bronze bearings.

The cylinder removed for cleaning and making a new wrist pin.

The piston also has the serial number stamped in the crown.

The piston + pin. we had to make new piston pin for it, both ends are conical! the piston has 5 piston rings very unusual for a 4 hp engine.

Starting to rebuild it again.

Unfortunately we don't have this engine anymore. It's now in the collection of Ed Banke Oregon. But.... we found another 4 HP Lorenz, and... it's only 101 numbers later than this engine!
