Lorenz 4 HP

Actually I don't know the specs of this critter.
It's 4 Hp @ 280 RPM, sn # 3547, built in approx 1920 in Czechoslovakia.
The canopy is original from the factory, and rarely seen.

This gives a nice overall picture of the engine. I think this engine looks best in it's original condition.

The canopy is about 6' high.

The engine is 4 HP and has 32" flywheels.

After cleaning we found quite some original stripping.

It has a big 25" pulley.

The hit & miss governor works on intake lobe of the sideshaft, it simply pulls the lobe backwards.

The engine runs very smooth due to it's big muffler.
