Nuenen International engine show 2004
The engine show in Nuenen is the high-light
every year.
This year we had exhibitors from Holland, Germany, France, Switzerland, England,
Italy, Belgium, and we even had a exhibitors from Australia!!
Being in the center of Europe also means that we have the
biggest variety of engines.
Enjoy!!
Starting with the "top of the crop" a 1894 Campbell Gas engine. Engine no 136.

The engine worked in Northern Queensland, Australia,
driving a Weller gas pump.
Owned and restored by Wayne Timms.

Very old Deutz slide-valve. This engine was found outside a building.

Not as old as the previous Deutz, but a VERY nice engine. I
believe it is made 1920, and has heavy electric flywheels.
Owner Huub van der Ven.

Another pre 1900 engine. I think it is a French version of the Otto.

And another (French??) Otto. Really a beautiful restoration!! Owner L. Theunissen.

A look on the slide-valve. Isn't that beautiful??

And even another Otto. Owner Kees Fitters.
