HOWT 2 was from August 13 to September 2, 2001.

 Of course we had our share of "sight seeing" during the HOWT 2. Here we are at Mount Rushmore South Dakota. Believe me.... it's impressive!

Next "tourist" stop was at the Crazy Horse memorial. This is HUGE!! They are already working on it for 50 years. The story about this is far more impressive than MT Rushmore IMO.

 Very rare Hart-Parr. This is at Carl Memke's at Great Fall Montana.

The way to find them.....

Fairbanks Morse N type. 10 hp.

Advance side-shaft. very rare.

Western hoist. I really like this engine.

Big Oil Well Supply Co. Bill Pedersen is thinking about the best way to get it going.

We also spend a day at Crater Lake OR. This sure is breathtaking! The water is extremely blue, I've never seen something like it.
