The balcony is 8'x12' and is accessible from the dining room and from the master bedroom. The balcony provides a nice view looking south along the beach.

There is a propane BBQ grill for your use. If you use it, be sure to clean (wash) the grill before you leave, and be sure to turn off the propane tank after each use.

There is a small table and 4 plastic chairs on the balcony for sitting outside to enjoy the sea air and views.

The balcony overlooks the wayside parking lot and the downtown area of Rockaway. From this vantage point you can really see what is going on in town. You can watch the traffic on Hwy 101, as well as watch the steam train which runs on weekends during the summer, as well as see the beach.
