1980's Ford 32 ft boom truck (man lift) telephone workers' truck, $2900 or trade. I am a Ham Radio operator and that’s the reason I bought the truck. I put it through the paces and it seemed to have bad gas in it. I had it running then and the boom (32 ft) operated but not correctly. It has bucket controls and also a ground control panel in the side box. It operates from the ground controls. It runs from a generator installed on the truck and runs from the truck fuel tank. As all projects go, some get pushed back as this one did for me. I had an incentive to let it sit as all my ham friends wanted me to get it finished up so they could borrow it or have me do projects for them, ha! This past October I moved it over to the garage and made it run, new gas etc. I replaced a leaky power valve in the carburetor, replaced the fuel pump and filter, and got frustrated with the starter kicking out so replaced it also. Now starts and runs very well. It is a 351 Windsor V8. Needs a bit of TLC and tinkering. I also ha

ve an Electrical schematic. Truck title is free and clear, tires are good, needs battery. Update …again it has been sitting since October as I went South for the winter and just returned. My next step would be get the generator running then tackle the boom part. Email and I can send many pictures. We screen our calls so leave a message mentioning the truck and I will pick up but not without a message; Roger nnn-nnn-nnnn or xxxx@xxxx.xxx (Manson WA)
